Your organisation requires two-step verification for your account. Set it up with an authenticator app (Microsoft Authenticator, Google Authenticator, 1Password).

1. In the app, add an account and choose "Enter a setup key".
2. Key: (open in authenticator app)
3. Type the 6-digit code it shows.

Save these recovery codes. Each works once if you lose your phone. They will not be shown again.
