The service

MailTemplates provides a hosted email-template service and an Outlook add-in, operated by Modex Solutions Pty Ltd (ABN 30 630 513 183, ACN 630 513 183), trading as MODEX. By creating an account you agree to these terms on behalf of your organisation.

Trial and fees

New organisations receive a free trial. After the trial, use of the service requires an active subscription charged per active user per month plus a one-off setup fee, as agreed with MODEX. Prices are in Australian dollars and exclude GST unless stated.

Your content

You own the templates you create. You grant us permission to host and process them to provide the service. You are responsible for the content of your templates and for the accounts you create.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service to send unlawful, deceptive or abusive messages, to attempt to access other organisations’ data, or to disrupt the service.

Availability and liability

We aim for high availability but provide the service “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, including the Australian Consumer Law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the preceding 12 months.

Ending the service

Either party may end the subscription with 30 days’ notice. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.
